TK/Kinder Program (4-5Years)

Our TK / Kinder Program provides a rich, developmentally appropriate bridge between preschool, transitional kindergarten, and full-day kindergarten. Designed for children ages four through five, this program supports early academic growth while strengthening independence, confidence, and social-emotional development.

Children engage in hands-on activities that build foundational reading, writing, and math skills.
Teachers introduce age-appropriate phonics, number sense, vocabulary, and problem-solving through purposeful lessons and cooperative learning. Monthly themes—such as community helpers, seasons, science exploration, and nature—encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.

For children who attend public TK or Kindergarten, Kingston Academy provides after-school pick-up in our center vans. When students arrive, they enjoy a safe, structured environment with homework support, enrichment activities, outdoor play, and opportunities to build friendships and communication skills.

Our TK / Kinder classroom balances academic readiness with meaningful play, ensuring each child feels supported, challenged, and inspired as they prepare for the next step in their educational journey.
Once a child graduates Kindergarten, they transition into our School-Age Program.
