Iris Maribel Ramirez holds an A.S. in Child Development from Chaffey College and has three and a half years of experience working in the early childhood field. She is passionate about seeing young children become curious and excited learners, especially when she introduces them to something new or provides engaging hands-on activities and crafts.
Iris’s teaching strengths include her ability to improvise and adapt on the spot. She thrives in moments when schedules shift or activities need to be adjusted, quickly finding creative solutions to keep children engaged and learning. She describes her personality and teaching style as calm, collected, and mellow—creating a warm and steady classroom environment where children feel comfortable exploring
and growing.
Outside of work, Iris enjoys journaling, sewing, playing video games, and expressing her creativity in different ways. Her favorite subjects are History and Science, and a fun fact about her is that she once played both the violin and the cello.
