Cynthia Arellano holds an A.S.T. in Child Development and is currently completing her B.A. in Child Development. She studied at East Los Angeles College and California State University, Los Angeles. Cynthia has six years of experience working with children, and she loves seeing each child grow into their own unique personality. Her strengths include communication, patience, and adaptability. She embraces change with a positive mindset and enjoys helping children thrive. Cynthia describes herself as determined, ambitious, and supportive. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children and discovering new coffee shops. Fun fact: Her daughter, her firstborn, is the reason she fell in love with child development
